The drink: Baileys, Kahlua and Chocolate Liqueur shaken with milk, drizzled with honey and chocolate then finished with a swirl of whipped cream.
Cost: $12
The verdict: This cocktail is a dessert in itself. It literally tastes like a delicious alcoholic milkshake.
The honey gives it certain richness while the Baileys promotes that velvety Irish cream flavour.
I'm not sure I could drink two in a row though - definitely save it for those special occasions.
Also on the menu: Other galaxy themed cocktails include the 'Pluto' $10, a mix of Chambord and Malibu with a dash of lime and lemonade. Light, summery and well balanced.
