Flash Eats

The superhero themed burger joint will save you from hunger pains in the blink of an eye with their selection of fast quality burgers, fries and crispy fried chicken. Mix up your next Maccas run with Canberra’s new takeaway open until 2am Thursday to Saturday.

AKIBA

Taking restaurant quality to the early hours, what can’t Akiba do? Centrally located on Bunda Street treat yourself to the iconic selection of buns, dumplings and ramen until 1am on Thursday to Saturday.

The G Spot

A Northsiders’ must after a night out, the ultimate comfort food van is situated in the Gungahlin Lakes Golf Club carpark. Serving classic tuckshop eats such as spring rolls, dim sims and dagwood dogs, they cater equally for sweet tooths with a range of deep-fried Mars Bars, Kit Kats and Toblerones. The G Spot is open until 12pm Wednesday, 12.30am Thursday and 2am Friday and Saturday.

Kebaba

Is there anything better than tucking into a kebab after a night out? Kebaba is open late every night on Bunda St, and serves a range of fresh, modern Turkish food. From classic kebabs through to traditional pides, gozleme and HSP’s, load them up with your favourite sauce and meats and you’re set for the road home.

Zaab

After hitting up your favourite Lonsdale Street bars, Zaab’s street cart is open until 1am for a real street food experience. Try a variety of BBQ skewers and a drink as you take in the Braddon surrounds.

Maiyo

The new authentic Northern Vietnamese eatery Maiyo is not just for the lunch crowd. Serving quick bites like $5 Pho Cups and Chicken Wings from 12am – 3am on Friday and Saturday and a no alcohol policy, Maiyo has created a safe haven for night owls.

Mandalay Bus

The Mandalay Bus has been feeding the people of Canberra for decades. Open Wednesday through Saturday from 6pm until late at its current home on the corner of Lonsdale and Girraween St, the bus serves up coconut chicken noodles, wings, waffles, and a whole range of tasty late-night treats.

Kita

The nocturnal hotspot of Canberra, Kita is a haven for people who simply need a quality feed and a great coffee past 9pm until 7am the next day on Wednesday to Sunday. This family owned business offers an Indonesian inspired menu catering to anyone from shift workers, uni students or those who want somewhere to go after a movie.

Polit Bar

Located at 8 Franklin St, Manuka, Polit Bar serves more than just great cocktails. Open from Tuesday to Saturday until late, you can tuck into authentic Italian pizzas and shared bites all night.

Zambrero Civic

There’s something about Zamby’s that makes you crave it at the name. Located on East Row in the City, they’re open until 3am Thursday and 4am on Friday – Saturday. Treat yourself to their delicious range of burritos, bowls or tacos.

Come late-September, keep an eye out for the new Lebanese inspired food truck rolling around Canberra. This van feeding the late crowd is set to stay open Friday & Saturday until late.
