Brace yourselves to experience the unique interactive horror that is Dark Lake, held in Canberra from Thursday 16 November to Saturday 25 November – in a secret location.

If you’ve never heard of Dark Lake, here’s the story: Dark Lake is a spooky place where unexplained events occur. People go missing there after dark, only to reappear changed in some way. These people see things, they hear voices and no one knows what the cause of it all is.

Already, 20,000 people across Australia have been a part of the horror performance of Dark Lake.  Only for audiences 15 years and older, the show is designed to be genuinely freaky! As a walk-around, interactive performance, groups will move through the story and encounter actors spread throughout the performance area who build the story.   They even involve audience members too!

The cool, and a little bit daunting, thing about Dark Lake is that when you purchase your ticket you will receive a start time that is just for you and is held at a secret location in Canberra – when you buy your tickets you will receive your map and ticket pack, which we think adds to the excitement and mystery factor!

If you have any questions, be sure to check out their FAQ’s here and note that there is only a certain number of audience member tickets available, and the opening night is already sold out – so you seriously must get in quick!

Ticket prices: Adult – $39.90; Concession – $35.90; Group – $34.90 (6 OR MORE) Note: You must arrive on time! Latecomers cannot be admitted! To purchase your tickets, click here
