This may be the easiest and most delicious Banana Cake ever! It is super duper moist, I hate using that word but it is what it is. The prep time is so minimal and the eating time oh so long – what more do you need?
It’s usually something you can’t justify spending $5 on at a cafe on top of your already $4 coffee, so why not be the baker you Mum always wanted you to be and save some dosh and eat some home-made cake!
- 2 tablespoons of margarine or butter
- 1 cup of self-raising flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- One overripe mashed banana
What do I do now you ask?
Grease a loaf tin and pre-heat oven to 180 Degrees Celsius. Melt butter and put all other ingredients into a bowl then add melted butter. Beat for 3 mins. Put in the tin. Bake for 30 mins. Easy as that!
