Showcasing local food from our cafes, restaurants, food trucks, wineries and breweries, The Forage is back and has joined the Enlighten Festival!
Giving local businesses the opportunity to get creative and extend their food offering in a festival style environment, make sure you head on over to the National Triangle on Canberra Day long weekend (11-14 March) from 5-11pm, to try an assortment of multicultural street eats!

1. Agostinis
Stepping out of the kitchen and into a truck, the family-owned Italian restaurant Agostini’s is bringing their age-old Italian recipes to The Forage this weekend. While we don’t know exactly what will be on the menu, be sure to expect all things pasta and pizza, maybe even a little bit of tiramisu.

Once again, BentSpoke will be joining The Forage to provide cold ones from their selection of craft beers.

3. Canberra Distillery
Cocktails anyone? The Canberra Distillery will be mixing, shaking and stirring refreshing gin and vodka cocktails from their distillery range.

4. Cannoli Brothers
End your night with something sweet from the pros at Cannoli Brothers. Their flavours for the weekend include vanilla bean crema, chocolate amaro crema, pistachio ricotta, passionfruit mascarpone, chocolate and coconut crema, blackberry ricotta, tiramisu mascarpone, mango and macadamia crema and rare roast beef with fresh tassie wasabi mascarpone.
