Camping Day in Honour of Reconciliation Week – Friday 19 June 7.30am – 6pm

Camping Day at Baringa! This year we will be building on the camping day experience as a way to celebrate the different Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives that we have been exploring in the different rooms.

Our educators are providing an environment for children to explore nature and some of the more exciting things about camping such as a campfire, making damper, roasting marshmallows and exploring the natural outdoor environment.

If you have your own camp chair, please bring it labelled with your child’s name. Also pack weather appropriate clothes, as the children will be spending extended periods outdoors.

World Martini Day Friday 19 June 6.30pm – 7.30pm

Celebrate World Martini Day on Friday evening, the bar will be open at Martini Whisperer HQ and I’ll be mixing up the healing water for you. Join me for cocktail hour on Facebook, and join me for a Martini or two. I’ll be sharing some my expert insights, making several versions and we’ll have a ball.

Plus, thanks to my pals at Gintonica you can go into the draw to win one of three of their new Martini packs!

And one lucky person will win a personalised, virtual Martini masterclass with me! All you need to do is post a photo you’ve taken of a favourite Martini during the event, with a sentence that tells me what made it special to you…. was it the place, the people, the occasion, the taste or all of these?
