Balter Beer Dinner – Friday 18 February
The Jamison Southern Cross Club is hosting a five-course dinner with matched beers from Balter Brewery. Hosting in the outdoor beer garden from 6pm, be greeted with a Balter Eazy Hazy on arrival, followed by larger battered prawns and a Balter larger, BBQ pork sliders with Captain Sensible, slow cooked duck breast with Balter XPA, lamb rump with Balter XPA and a pavlova with a Balter limited release. NFSA Australians & Hollywood Exhibition – Friday 18 to Sunday 20 February
Now showing their first original exhibition in two decades, the National Film and Sound Archive are sharing a tale of craft, talent and ambition of our Aussie actors, directors and producers.
