Balter Beer Dinner – Friday 18 February

The Jamison Southern Cross Club is hosting a five-course dinner with matched beers from Balter Brewery. Hosting in the outdoor beer garden from 6pm, be greeted with a Balter Eazy Hazy on arrival, followed by larger battered prawns and a Balter larger, BBQ pork sliders with Captain Sensible, slow cooked duck breast with Balter XPA, lamb rump with Balter XPA and a pavlova with a Balter limited release. NFSA Australians & Hollywood Exhibition – Friday 18 to Sunday 20 February

Now showing their first original exhibition in two decades, the National Film and Sound Archive are sharing a tale of craft, talent and ambition of our Aussie actors, directors and producers. Australians & Hollywood is full of audiovisual and behind-the-scenes, on-screen and red carpet moments, featuring rare costumes, memorabilia and props. It will also see never before seen NSFA collections, as well as personal treasures from some of Australia’s most celebrated artists in cinema.
