Jack Biilmann at Blackbird – Friday 30 July

Following the launch of his third solo record Full Circle, Canberra artist Jack Biilmann is touring and performing live at Blackbird in the city. His new record sees him in his true element of blues/roots but also as he wonders into the folk, soul and Americana genres. Questacon Goes Viral: Adults-Only Night – Friday 30 July

Questacon is back with their popular adults-only night. Teaming up with the ANU to inject some fun into the pandemic, join them as they super-spread the science of vaccines, pandemics and viral information. Then, get involved in their 2021 Miss Information Pageant and vote on the best-worst way that people try and sell you information. ANU researchers will also be there to take guests on an exploration of how vaccines work, where pandemics come from, and what we have learned from them throughout history. And to top it off Questacon’s resident Liquid Nitrogen chefs will be busy freezing up a Fizzy-Pfizzer-Spider. Tickets are available on Ticketek.

Hotel Kurrajong Christmas in July Lunch – Saturday 31 July
