Bringing together a formidable trio – all with hatted-restaurant experience – QT Sydney, QT Perth, and QT Canberra Executive Chefs will come together at Capitol Bar and Grill to deliver a feast for anyone smart enough to get a tickets!
On Friday 1 March the chefs will collaborate for the ‘Three’s Company’ dinner, showcasing a four-course shared menu matched with Canberra District Wines. And what’s more is that all three will emerge from the kitchen to personally serve the dinner. Visually, the night will present as an intimate, long-table dining experience that combines the culinary prowess of the three.
The menu will remain a secret however it promises a collision of flavours and culinary experiences. What you can expect on the evening is a bespoke dish from each chef which is reflective of the signature style from their QT homebase. QT Sydney’s Michael Box will be designing the starters, QT Perth’s Nic Wood the entrees, and QT Canberra’s Josh Smith-Thirkell the mains and desserts.
While the chefs put on a show for diners, Canberra will be putting on a show for our Sydney and Perth counterparts with this exclusive menu dedicated to local produce and a solid line-up of Canberra District Wines to support the feast.
