Responding to the ‘new norms’ of 2020, Three Mills were doing daily home deliveries of these goodies, and now that things are going back to normal, they have banded together with some of Canberra’s local grocers to get their bake-at-home products in our retail stores!

Using wholesome, quality ingredients, the process of their croissants starts with single origin wheat, Pepe Saya cultured butter, and Country Valley milk. They then mix, rest, cut and hand roll each piece before blast freezing, ready for you to thaw and follow the last few steps at home.
