Their attitude throughout harsh restrictions maintained its positivity! From drive-thru to delivery nothing was too hard, and everything came with a smile. Fox & Bow teamed up with Lennock Phillip who leant them a sweet set of wheels (and let them personalise is) to make home delivery even more fun. The team were zooming around asking locals to ‘honk if your hungry.’ The energetic team also ran a weekly video segment from the Elantra which included ‘ask me anything’ games, meet the driver – highlighting the team – and dress-up home deliveries.
Lazy Su
Lazy Su went (and still is) On Tour during lockdown. The concept was similar to a music tour where for one night only they will visit your neighbourhood. It works by pre-booking and receiving free delivery when the team are in your area. Lazy Su has been on your for over a month touring the Canberra ‘burbs, they have even experienced sell out nights. When they launched On Tour in Gungahlin it sold out in less than 30 minutes. To make it easy to order Lazy Su whipped up an easy online ordering system and offered some pretty enticing banquets eg. Edamame, 2 x pork bao, 2 x wagyu cheesesteak spring rolls, chicken gyoza, kimchi fried rice and crispy smashed chicken. Their unique drink menu is also available for delivery, tap on a bottle of soju to your order for the ultimate experience.

Each night their 50 strong team are absolutely buzzing as they deliver food and drink to all suburbs of Canberra, and even Goulburn! The AKIBA Electric Red by renowned local winemaker Nick O’Leary is a vino designed to get you buzzing. Pair that with an edited version of their menu suitable for delivery and a couple cans of their brand new Quaran-tinnies and you’ve got the perfect night in. Quaran-tinnies are ready to drink cocktails made fresh in-house using Akiba’s premium spirits and mixers. In addition, the Akiba Bottle-O brings bottle shop prices to your door.
