From 30 May be a Ramen queen in the kitchen. Ramen Daddy, crafted by The Boat House chefs John Leverink and Eddy Ming are bringing Ramen kits to the home. Best of all they are fool proof with quick vids to support you through the process! Simple and delicious and they come with everything you need to create a traditional Ramen experience. They are so tasty you may be inclined to claim it as your own!
The kits are packed with handmade noodles, togarashi and the winter fighting broth that warmed Canberra’s heart. The menu includes the all time favourite slow-cooked pork belly, free-range chicken and a newly appointed plant-based miso ramen – um yumm.
For the full experience buy ramen spoons and chopsticks to complete the meal. And, add a sweet treat on for the ultimate experience. Kits range from $18-20 each
The food truck with a lot of heart and soul located at Coop at Soho. The team adapted to takeaway but don’t just offer it as a standard. Customers get a Spotify playlist that “brings the vibe of Mr Papa” to the home with every bite to the beat. There is also tutorials in the marking on how to create the traditional Peruvian food experience at home. Very fitting since we are all pro’s in the kitchen since lockdown! Get the intel on creating the most delicious Peruvian sauces.

FRICKEN FRIED CHICKEN
They outgrew their van which locals became familiar with at every foodie festival and took a leap of faith to a venue on Lonsdale street Braddon. Unfortunately, timing was not on their side. Nevertheless the team are frying up a storm from their new home and have outdoor seating for tables of 10!
