To show their support for those impacted by the devastating floods in New South Wales and Queensland this year, Dickson Taphouse is hosting a Flood Relief Festival.

Raising much-needed funds through Givit, they invite you to come along on Saturday 2 April from 12pm until late to get behind their great initiative. During the Festival there will be 20 Australian craft beers on tap, games, auctions, delicious food and live music from local legends The Fuelers, Zambezi Sounds and more!

“We know when natural disasters strike, getting basic items directly to those on the ground is critical for the rebuilding of impacted communities. Raising funds for Givit is a really efficient way to provide items such as linen and fridges to those in the affected areas,” says Dickson Taphouse Managing Director Ben Johnston.

Collaborating with Canberra’s BentSpoke Brewing Co, the pair will be celebrating the release of a limited-edition fresh hop harvest beer ‘Hop Driver’, with all sales going directly to Givit.

“We are excited to be launching this limited release IPA ‘Hop Diver’ to our local community. This small batch has been a real labour of love, so I cannot think of a better way to celebrate its release by giving to those who have lost everything,” says Hop Farmer Nick Driver.

Entry is free, however donations can be made at givit.org
