If you’re anything like our office you have a group chat called ‘I’m Hungry’ where each day you share what’s in your lunch box  or tactically dot plot all the eateries you’ll hit down Lonsdale street come lunch time…no just us? Well, let me tell you, the chat goes OFF on a Friday. Friday is for breaking all the food rules you’ve set throughout the week, and now with the launch of The Precinct Markets at Kambri ANU we will have even more options.

From Friday, 20 September and every Friday after that, you can get down to the Kambri Cultural Centre between 9am and 2pm, and meet artisanal makers at over 60 stalls. See what life’s like when you eat less from a box and more from the earth. From freshly baked bread, organic produce, handmade smallgoods, farm fresh cheeses, vintage clothing and accessories, handmade vegan skincare, flowers, hot food and more.

Market goers can enjoy a lively festival atmosphere each Friday with live entertainment and a perfectly curated mix of friendly vendors.

ANU students will get the royal treatment, the Precinct Markets will offer six free market stalls each week for the exclusive use of ANU students. Student stallholders need to contact Foragers for info and bookings for the six free market stalls.

Browse, taste and go home with the best, and perhaps ask for an extra longer lunch break.
