Lucky for you Capital Brewing Co have been collaborating with the Canberra Labor Club Belconnen and have found the answer, sharing it with you through an exclusive one night only beer dinner. Think a fancy wine tasting but with your favourite local beer.
Join the Labor Club on Friday 21st May at 6:30pm for a beer-matched four-course dinner featuring three of Capital’s classics plus one speciality release. On arrival be met with their summit ale alongside freshly shucked oysters with a mignonette dressing. Then for entrée, an XPA with spicy fish tacos and a mango salsa. For main, the trail pale ale with a chargrilled ribeye finished with truffle butter and served with greens and truffle fries. And lastly for dessert, enjoy a chocolate and citrus mousse cake with one Capital’s speciality releases.
The Labor Club will also be using this opportunity to share their new look alfresco area for the first time, celebrating with live entertainment throughout the night including local artist Special K performing from 8:30pm.
