Taking over Casino Canberra from 28 April to 1 May with boutique wine and spirits stalls, delicious ‘walk & fork’ gourmet food and live entertainment, ignite your foodie senses and explore our amazing local producers. Some to keep on your radar are Manly Spirits, Shingleback Wine, Twisted River Wines, Whitley Neill Gin, Bellevue Estate, Byron Bay Chocolates and Lyres Non-Alcoholic Spirits. Many of the producers will also be there to talk you through their products including tasting notes, pairing recommendations and the distilling and winemaking process.
