Book lovers rejoice! The Lifeline Canberra Bookfair is on Friday 9 to Sunday 11 February.

There’s something for everyone with truck-loads of books, movies, music, games, comics and more. Canberra students can also access a treasure trove of textbooks at well below regular retail price.

Lifeline Canberra’s Bookfairs are the largest gathering of book-lovers in Canberra and they raise a major portion of the funding needed to keep our local 13 11 14 crisis support and suicide prevention service available to the community.

Entry to Exhibition Park is by gold coin donation, parking is free, and Saturday 10 February is Family Day, with heaps of fun activities for the kids.

Lifeline is proud to partner with Communities@Work to help support people experiencing hardship in our community. At each Bookfair, they run a food drive and ask patrons to bring along some non-perishable food to donate.  You’ll see the donation bins at the entrance to the Bookfair.

The Bookfair is on Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm, and Sunday 10am to 4pm.
