The feathers will fly in Canberra when Burlesque Idol comes to town.

Australia’s rising burlesque stars will tease, shake, shimmy and tassel-twirl their way to being crowned and compete against the finalists to become Burlesque Idol Australia 2018.

The Canberra event will feature the audience voting for the winner, raffles of over $500 in prizes, a panel of leading cabaret performers and producers, and more than two hours of performances ranging from comedic to classic burlesque.

Founded by Lola LaBelle and Tempest Rose in 2018, Burlesque Idol has been running in London’s West End for seven years and has grown to become the biggest competition of its kind in the world.

Burlesque Idol is coming to Canberra Theatre Centre on Saturday 10 February, tickets here.
