The winners of the 2021 ACT Restaurant & Catering HOSTPLUS Awards for Excellence were announced last night at Hotel Realm. Restaurant & Catering Australia CEO Wes Lambert formally recognised and presented awards to hospitality operators across a broad range of categories who consistently provide exceptional service and culinary excellence.

“R&CA’s Awards for Excellence is one of the most important nights in the ACT’s Hospitality calendar. It is always such an amazing experience to recognise some of the state’s finest hospitality businesses who showcase the very best our industry has to offer”, Mr Lambert said.

“This year’s winners include household names such as Raku Dining, who won of the Year, Daana in Curtin who won the Consumer Vote Award, Hotel Realm who won Caterer of the Year or Ginger Catering in Molonglo Valley, who took out Venue Caterer and Wedding Caterer of the Year.

“We are tremendously lucky to have so many absolute gems in the hospitality sector spanning the width and breadth of the ACT. After suffering so much over the last 18 months from the Covid-19 Pandemic, it is incredible to be able to bring the industry together for such an iconic night despite so many adversities”, Mr Lambert said.
