If you’re a coffee lover you would have heard or had copious amounts of local Canberra favourite, Redbrick Coffee. Roasting their own coffee from their first store in Curtin since 2013, Redbrick quickly began turning heads with the unbelievable smell of their home brew.

Now with four popular stores around Canberra, the team are ready to venture onto a fifth, introducing Canberra to their newest edition, ARC, which opened just recently on February 1st.

Owner, Tim Manning says ARC is a culmination of all their ventures in hospitality to date.

“ARC is a celebration of quality and community, it’s a place to meet, a place to eat, a place for good coffee, and a place to enjoy your surroundings in a thoughtfully designed space.”

Located in the new Constitution Place precinct, the store showcases local creators, featuring furniture designed by Tom Skeehan and an interior concept developed by Capezio Copeland.

“We wanted to bring together the creative minds of Canberra to create a new space that celebrates quality, community and a local-first approach,” Tim says.

Sharing an intense love for coffee like their other stores, ARC has an extensive speciality coffee offering, showcasing Redbrick’s very own four distinctive blends alongside a rotating selection of single origins. And to top it all off the venue will be making your favourite coffee order with a custom made four group La Marzocco KB90 coffee machine, only the second of its kind in the world.

The venue’s food menu will also focus on using local produce to create refined classics for breakfast and lunch and also offer a selection of wine and alcoholic beverages during the afternoon.

ARC is now open 7 days a week, pop in today for excellent coffee in a refined space.
