2. Arc

If it’s not the Redbrick Coffee, it’s the refined classic brekky menu that keeps locals coming back to Arc. Focusing on local produce, take a seat during avocado season and dig into their Avo on Toast – smashed avo, smoked labneh and seasoned nuts on the perfect toasted sourdough. 3. Gather

Promising food that is sustainable, healthy and locally sourced where possible, Gather is your go-to for a wholesome brekky. 4. Two Before Ten

Sustainability is key to how Two Before Ten runs their day-to-day. Utilising fruits and vegetables from the Urban Farm behind their Aranda café, locals can eat a delicious breakfast knowing majority of the produce is grown inhouse or sourced locally. To accompany the much-loved smashed avo, they join it with garden greens from their farm, house-made ricotta, dukkah, herbs and a poached egg.
