If you’re yet to experience some of the amazing cool climate wines of Canberra’s wine region, get a little taster from some of our most popular wineries with a virtual wine tasting. While some invite you to join them online to guide you through, self-led tastings are also available, providing all the information you need to experience the wines as if you were right there at the vineyard.

Contentious Character Winery

Enjoy a wine tasting journey of Contentious Character’s newly released wines within your home. Specially picked by their Winemaker for the virtual event, have six 150ml tasting pouches delivered to your door, from Pinot Gris right through to Merlot. Kicking off at 7pm on October 8, grab tickets on their website and join in online on Microsoft Teams. There you will hear from the vineyard’s Head Winemaker and Cellar Door Manager as they take you through an in-tome tasting experience. There is also the option to upgrade your experience by purchasing a Riedel Performance tasting set of four premium glasses, so you have the perfect glasses for the tasting.

Lark Hill Winery

As their cellar door remains closed for the time being, Lark Hill has found the best way to deliver you their wine tasting experience, in the form of 150ml liquid pouches, holding four wines they love for Spring. In the pack you will receive a Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Shiraz Viognier, to enjoy a self-led experience.
