From your morning coffee to your arvo vino, Rosa’s transforms from day to night. An all-day bar as part of The Lawns of the Lobby precinct, Rosa’s has flown under the radar, teasing locals with its playful socials before opening earlier in the year.

With the National Rose Gardens as its playground, Rosa’s kicks off the day with morning coffees, pastries and brekky rolls before lunch rolls around, offering a range of paninis and share plates, through to the evening when the kitchen fires up with pizzas and wine.

On the panini menu, find fillings that go beyond just the classics, such as roast beef, zuni pickle, provolone and green olive pesto, and eggplant parmigiana, zucchini, mushroom and goat’s curd. Similarly, the pizza menu has the classic Margherita but then a sausage or potato pizza for the more adventurous.

Inviting casual mornings with space for the kids to run around, cheese and wine on the deck with the girls and that last-minute pizza takeaway, Rosa’s blooms all year round.

Rosa’s is the second venue to open as part of the new precinct following fine-dining Japanese restaurant KOTO, with Modern Australian restaurant Ballyhoo expected to open as the final venue later this year.
