Today, Three Mills Bakery has launched its latest cafe in Woden with a range of new baked goods on the menu.

From Bialy, the Polish bread we never knew we needed, a new range of taglio sandwiches, a seasonally rotating Danish, and a new cookie, it’s not just the sourdough that will have you eager to try the new venue.

Bringing their own spin on Bialy, with their in-house sourdough culture, it is topped with a generous dollop of sweet caramelised onions, creamy Fior di Latte cheese and a spiced seed mix. The end result? A sweet and savoury hand-held treat!

While for the new Danish fillings, first up you can expect a blackberry compote filling with a thick layer of honey lemon cream and fresh blueberries to celebrate autumn. Then, on the back of their gold medal winning Salted Rye Cookie, try the new Butterscotch & Sesame Cookie – chewy and nutty with a sweet butterscotch centre and sesame seed crust!

Following the popularity of their taglio’s in their city location, Three Mills Woden will also have the delicious focaccia-style bread sandwiches, introducing a whole new range of flavours including bacon and eggs and chicken Caesar.

Located in the Woden Town Centre, Three Mills Woden marks the 5th location in Canberra. Visit their website for more.
