The new place for brunch in Canberra is holding a laneway party for its grand opening this weekend.

Meadow, located in Odger’s Lane, pride themselves on bringing the best of local produce to your plate and offers all-day brunch in a funky setting.

They source ingredients for all their drinks, including Seven Seeds Coffee Roasters, Storm in a Teacup speciality tea and Mork speciality chocolate.

Meadow’s menu includes tacos, a ponzu pear toastie, frog in the hole for the kids and a vegetarian teriyaki burger made with fried king oyster mushroom.

The grand opening of Meadow is a laneway party on Saturday 16 December from 12pm to 5pm.

For the event, Meadow will be serving up bao buns and sweet desserts created by head chef Adi, while Pallet and Vine will be supplying sangria.

They’ve organised live art demonstrations, lawn games for the kids and live music all day from 10am.

Meadow is in the Melbourne Building Laneway, Odger’s Lane, Canberra.
