Wine Playground is finally returning to Canberra, and this time, it’s all about locals.

Taking over Makeshift in The Nishi Building on Saturday 3 September with a tightly curated selection of New South Wales’ most relevant and progressive winemakers, come ready to play.

With two sessions running for four hours including a 150-minute tasting session, fifteen winemakers will be pouring their best drops including Mada, Mallaluka, Ravensworth and Becker wines. Snacks by Sourdog Provisions, Coffee by Redbrick, tins by Heaps Normal and Loophole Brewing and a bottle shop will also be available. Plus, Gourmet Traveller, Good Food and Sydney Morning Herald writer Katie Spain will be the emcee of the day, providing intermittent open forums with the winemakers.
