Were you one of the thousands of people that packed venues across the city during the 2015 Canberra Comedy Festival? This year’s event may have drawn to a close, but the laughs will continue with The Umbilical Brothers returning to perform their hit show at the re-scheduled dates Monday 4 May and Tuesday 5 May.

The Umbilical Brothers are back with a brand new show, and it’s a KIDS SHOW! It contains violence, sexual references, drug taking and frequent coarse language. It is absolutely NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN.

With the best intentions in the world, Dane (David) and Shavid (Shane) come onstage to perform a fun show for the kids with singing, dancing, audience participation, and storytelling. Unfortunately the audience is made up of nothing but adults – and if there’s one thing adults don’t want to see, it’s a kid’s show.

Shane Umbi says, “Thanks to our fans for understanding and hanging in there for our delayed Canberra shows. We’ll make sure they’re kick-arse (or ass, depending on which comics you read), and we’ll hang around after for a chat. And I’m looking forward to them personally because it will be the shortest possible commute to work.”

With thanks to the Canberra Comedy Festival we have a couple of double passes up for grabs to their show on Tuesday 5 May 2015. To enter, fill in the competition form and tell us your favourite part from an Umbilical Brothers show. Entries close on Friday 1 May 2015.
