Everyone could do with a little getaway, however with the current times it can be hard to decide where to go and how to be safe. Why not take the ‘roughing it’ out of camping with a romantic night away in one of these glamping experiences that are only a few hours drive from the capital. And the best part is, social distancing is a given as they are all remotely located.

Naked Cubby Co

First up, this one is very close to home. Located in between the Mount Majura Vineyard sits two secluded glamping tents, fitted with the bare necessities you will need to unwind and step back from your busy lifestyle. Hence the name ‘naked’, the owners invite guests to leave behind technology and reconnect with nature. Each tent is fitted with a king size bed, a mini fridge, books and games and deck chair for you to soak up the view. A delicious breakfast hamper from Three Mills Bakery is also included. For dinner, you are welcome to bring your own food, or you may choose the ‘Schmick’ package that includes a bottle of wine from the vineyard and a gourmet hamper from The Boat House restaurant. To find out more and book head to their website.

All huts include a breakfast hamper with local produce and if you want to take your stay to the next level, we suggest choosing the ‘Sweeny’ hut that includes a wood fired hot tub.
