Popular dining hot-spot Anise has recently closed the doors of its Melbourne Building home to make way for Thirst Winebar & Eatery. Anise’s former owners have done a stunning job with bringing the new venue to life, with a bustling outdoor dining area, large fold-back doors and a modern, relaxed approach to dining.
Thirst Winebar & Eatery also marks the change-up of cuisine to modern Thai, with a focus on wines of the world and bar food. The menu also promises heartier, traditional Thai dishes if you’re after lunch or dinner.
