Taste and Test at Sage is back and bigger and brighter than ever in 2014.
Fresh from San Francisco, Sage introduces new Head Chef, Nicolai Lipscomb. Nic brings to Canberra a myriad of culinary skills and delights inspired by 3.5 years of work in Spain’s (and the world’s) best restaurants – including El Cellar de can Roca, Arzak and Ferran Adria’s Alicia Foundation. Joining Nic is his pastry chef, Francis Ang, who was recently dubbed ‘West Coast of America’s People’s Choice Best Pastry Chef’. You can expect the unexpected this autumn at Canberra’s best restaurant.
