What happens when two iconic Canberra wine institutions collaborate? An unforgettable long lunch of delicious food, exciting drops and plenty of agreeable ‘mmm’ sounds going around the table.

Hosting a one-off lunch event on Sunday 10 September from 12:30pm, Corella is partnering with the esteemed local MADA Wines to present a 7-course set menu paired with a selection of quality wines.

While the official menu is under wraps, if Corella’s new spring menu is anything to go off, with the likes of mussels with basil garlic cream and karkalla and a 1.1kg tomahawk served with stroganoff sauce, diners will experience the wonderful native yet nostalgic flavours the restaurant is known for.

And of course, no long lunch is complete without the perfect drop. Pairing to each course will be wines predominately from MADA’s vintage 2023 release. Savouring Corella’s culinary delights with diners, owner of MADA, Hamish Young, will be there to guide you through each wine and be available for you to pick his brain.

With only one exclusive sitting, tickets are strictly limited! To make a reservation, visit Corella’s website.
