Now in its ninth year, this latest instalment featuring chef James Viles’ (ex Biota) signature progressive menu is unmissable.

For those who are unfamiliar with Sage’s Taste & Test, it is a unique dining opportunity where diners are invited to critique and give feedback on their menu, and be a part of shaping the Canberra dining scene.

While the specific menu items are a closely guarded secret, diners can expect James’ signature progressive style founded on ingredients sourced from the farmers, vintners and growers of our diverse region.
