Monster Kitchen & Bar has undergone an extension, a shift in space and furnishings in the entertaining area has led to the ultimate dinner destination on any day of the week. But this event, is no average day, it’s a one-off exclusive event which will see acclaimed Melbourne chef Ian Curley of French Saloon, join Monster Kitchen and Bar’s head chef, Daniel Flatt for a special four course meal, that’s a little bit French, and a little bit Australian and very much Contemporarily Modern.

Wednesday 6 March is when the gallic magic is set to happen, views across Lake Burley Griffin, vintage furnishings at a noteworthy restaurant in the hands of two talented chefs. You’ll need to enjoy each canape because they’re never to be had again.

But wait, there’s more. Artisan winemaker Matt Harrop will will expertly pair each course with Curly Flat Wines. Matt, Dan & Ian will not only be sharing some new tastes with guests, they will also be making appearances to share their passions with you all.
