THREDBO

Alpine Après Presented by Heineken – 12 June to 4 October

Heineken is bringing back everything après at the Alpine Bar this winter on Friday and Saturday afternoons. Unwind from a day on the slopes by the fire pits and enjoy live music with a drink in hand. Check out the music line-up here.

Merritts Mountain Haus Feast – 19 June to 11 September

View the village at night with a ride under the stars on the Merritts Gondola as it takes you to the Merritts Mountain House where a Bavarian-inspired feast will be waiting, including classics like roast pork knuckle, bratwurst, sauerkraut and apple strudel. July/September Kids Snow Festival – 26 June to 11 July and 18 September to 4 October 

During school holidays kids run Thredbo, with a massive range of free activities for them to enjoy and keep occupied. Australian Olympic snowboarder, Torah Bright is calling all mini-shredders to spend the day with her and her pro friends as they coach you through an epic terrain park, giving you helpful tips to making cool tricks on jumps and boxes. Rossignol Ladies Day – 30 to 31 July

Celebrating 10 years of Rossignol Ladies Day in Thredbo, meet and ski with other snow-loving women and the Rossignol team and technicians who have a full range of new season demo skis for you to try out. Top to Bottom + Champagne Breakfast – 7 August  

The iconic top to bottom downhill race on Australia’s longest run, the Supertrail is an annual ski and snowboarder race with over $25,000 in cash up for grabs. Starting as the sun rises, participants get ready to run 100-metres downhill in their boots with their skis and boards in hand, before they quickly click and strap in to race down to the bottom. If you’re not brave enough to participate in the race or someone you know is entering, get the best seat in the house and watch the race unfold from Kareela Hutte, while enjoying a champagne breakfast. Neon Night Skiing and Boarding – 19 June to 21 September

Start your snow day a little later and carve down the mountain after dark. From 6-9pm every Tuesday and Saturday ski and board under the lights of the Village Eight Express and be there as Front Valley lights up with a firework display. Find out more here.
