National burger chain Hello Harry opened its first store in Canberra last week, adding to the delicious array of eateries on Wooley Street in Dickson.

Known for its generously loaded, locally sourced and fresh burgers, Hello Harry prides itself on being a house-made restaurant, with all sauces, marinades and seasonings made in-store.

Calling Canberra home for almost a year, owner Chai Karuturi spent that time looking for the perfect location to add to our food scene.

“We absolutely fell on our feet when we secured this location. It is one of Canberra’s favourite entertainment and dining precincts and is a melting pot of local and international cuisine. I am confident Hello Harry’s flavours will delight and won’t fall short of expectations,” says Chai.

Committed to supporting local family-owned businesses, Alpha Fresh and Longpark Meat Co will supply fresh produce to the store.

“We are passionate about supporting other local businesses and providing a really enjoyable experience with outstanding service and tasty, fresh food to all who come through our doors so we encourage everyone to come and say hello to our new burger joint,” says Chai.

The menu boasts a great range of burgers including plant-based and gluten-free, with crowd favourites being the maple bacon beef burger and the southern fried chicken burger. Alongside the burgers there is also a great range of shakes, sides, craft beer and wine.
