The award-winning Handmade Market is back at EPIC this weekend, after a long-awaited return. For over 10 years the markets have supported our local and regional Australian made designers and producers, and given them the opportunity to sell their unique goods to locals. From jewellery, fashion and homewares, to artworks, textiles and food & drink, there are a wide range of delightful goodies.

“As always, the spotlight is on high-quality handmade Australian products. Remember, Father’s Day is not far away! Get your dad (or your bonus-dad) something extra thoughtful and special this year,” says Handmade Market Managing Director, Julie Nichols.

“Among our stallholders are old favourites such as 8 Frame Honey with all things beekeeping/honey related and Eggpicnic showcasing their graphic fine art prints and toys which raise funds and awareness about wildlife conservation.”

“There are also some bright new kids on the block like The Swanky Signery who make unique and beautiful hand painted door mats—the perfect welcome to your home—and Sarah Richards, from Marrawuy Journeys, an Indigenous artist whose works are stunningly beautiful and contemporary in style,” says Julie.

Held over Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 August, from 10am – 4pm, join them at the Budawang Pavilion at EPIC. Tickets are free, however registration is required.
