Everyone’s favourite herbivore has extended its hours every Friday for lavish long lunches when going back to work is not a priority.

Monster Kitchen and Bar’s bottomless lunches are now available every Friday from 12pm for those wanting to kick off their weekend a little early. It includes an indulgent two hours featuring a menu of house favourites and free-flowing drinks.

Curated by Chef Matthew Bentley, the two-course menu includes refined vegetarian dishes such as beetroot tartare with sheep’s yoghurt, Jerusalem artichoke velouté with truffles, butternut squash katsu and Tom’s famous shiitake dumplings.

For everyone’s favourite part of bottomless lunches…the drinks! It will include house wine, sparkling or beer. Or, if you’d prefer to keep it classy, a drink-on-consumption option is also available if you’ve got Friday arvo deadlines.

“Due to popular demand, we’re excited to extend our hours and open for lunch every Friday at the Monster. Chef Matthew Bentley has put together a selection of his signature dishes for a special two-course lunch menu that can be enjoyed alone, or for those looking to step things up a notch, with our bottomless package of free-flowing wine, sparkling and beer.
