Sorting out your Friday night drinks, end-of-week wind-down and kickstarting your weekend, the summertime series is making the most of Canberra’s balmy evenings in the iconic Hyatt Hotel Courtyard Gardens.
Running from Thursday to Saturday from 4-9pm, unwind with a refreshing drink, including garden-inspired G&Ts in a teapot, vibrant cocktails, beers, wines and spirits, and indulge in a delicious snack from the live food stations. Showcasing an elevated snack menu, think wagyu beef sliders, salmon poke and charred bread with celeriac remoulade. Live music will also add to the evening charm, playing from 5:30-8:30pm.
