Because you can’t have a centenary celebration without a proper feast, the kitchen team is putting together a stellar menu. We’re talking a seriously impressive multi-course dinner paired with a premium four-hour beverage package that will keep the glasses full all night long. It is going to be a long, indulgent evening where the food and wine are just as much of a talking point as the history.

To keep things moving, the legendary ABC journalist and host of Back Roads, Heather Ewart, is taking the reins as the MC for the night. Having spent decades reporting on major players and living through some of the country’s wildest political eras, she knows exactly how to spin a yarn. Expect a night filled with brilliant live music, incredible storytelling, and a look back at the fascinating characters who have walked through these doors over the last hundred years.
