There are plenty of reasons to join the queue at Under, and their famous cookie is certainly one of them. 

Made with both white and rye flour and plenty of chocolate, it’s chewy, rich and packed with pools of melted chocolate. Exactly the sort of thing you’ll wish you bought two of. 

 

New York-Style Cookies at Good Neighbour (Kingston)  

In the mood for a seriously chunky cookie that demands two hands? Good Neighbour in Kingston has you covered.  

Their New York-style creations have become one of the café’s most popular cabinet items, with flavours rotating regularly, from honey butter croissant to Ferrero Rocher.

Salted Rye Chocolate Cookie at Three Mills Bakery (Fyshwick & Woden)  

Three Mills gives the classic chocolate cookie a little extra depth with rye flour and a sprinkle of salt.

Ritual knows its way around sweet-meets-salty, and its salted caramel cookie brings together buttery dough, rich caramel and just the right hit of salt.
