The Canberra Racing Club’s inaugural Hops & Hooves Festival is returning to Thoroughbred Park for a stellar second year with an expected expansion. Combining a beer festival with a feature race meeting, this year, more vendors have signed up to be a part of the day and will now also include wineries, artisan distilleries and gourmet food.

Held on Saturday 23 September, some of the best local and regional vendors will be at your disposal. Including Underground Spirits, Cypher Brewing Co, Batlow Cider, BZ Burgers, Spit Shack and Let’s Do Yum Cha.

With gates opening at 12pm, there will be ample opportunity to try a range of delicious food and drink in between the eight races, with the first starting at 12:35pm. Showcasing more local talent, The Baker Boys Band will also be playing four sets on the bright and fun mobile festival stage, The Soul Defender.

Showcasing the best of our region through food and entertainment, Hops & Hooves is set to be a great day out on the track, marking a new flagship event for Thoroughbred Park.
