Bringing back your favourite sun-soaked wine and music soirée to the nation’s capital, Wine Machine is making a glorious return.
Held on Saturday 25 March at Commonwealth Park, think picturesque lakeside scenes, a Chardy (or two), spectacular homegrown musical performances and Hot Dub Time Machine, of course.
Following the 2023 lineup announcement, Wine Machine will see big names like Lime Cordiale, Vera Blue, Northeast Party House, Bliss N Eso, Grentperez plus many more return to the East Coast! And the best part is, the single-stage format ensures you won’t miss a thing!
This year’s festival will also include the spectacular Poof Doof Drag Jamboree, serving up a stack of fierce drag madness including interactive games and queer performance art.
In between sets, music-goers can explore the playground, indulging in some of the finest locally sourced produce with gourmet delights and pop-up bars including Grease Monkey, Jacko’s Pizza, Bar Positano and Satay Brothers. Plus, a treasure trove of art installations and garden games.
“Wine Machine is a unique adventure, where patrons step into a magical world when they walk through the front gates. We set up the event with plenty of space for patrons to lay out their picnic blankets, and indulge in local wine and delicious food, soundtracked by live music from some of Australia’s most incredible live acts. As the sun goes down, the picnic blankets are packed away and the dance floor begins to expand. It’s a sight to behold – watching thousands of patrons go from wining and dining, to dancing the night away to live music from our epic lineup,” says Wine Machine Festival Promoters.
