There’s a hidden gem in Gold Creek waiting to be discovered.

It’s a little something that you probably haven’t come across unless you’ve spent a day strolling through the area. Behind the George Harcourt Inn, those who’ve already discovered the gem whilst browsing have now become regulars.

The gem we write of is Gininderra Square: a perfect little precinct which houses Staghead (a local vintage boutique), Armadillo’s Cafe, Aha Moments, Artistic Photography, Funny Bone Counselling, Times Square restaurant, photography studios and a hair dresser.

The precinct is extending trading hours this Friday 16 January from 7.00pm until late to create a night markets atmosphere with food, drinks and live music by Annie and Armadillos and other local musicians. Come along and meet Annie and her band, Adriana – owner of vintage shop, Staghead – with her distressed furniture, soaps and candles, and have a chat with Maria Ollman – the award-winning nature and wildlife photographer.

The festivities begin at 7.00pm and expect to run late into the evening. With plenty of undercover space not even Mother Nature can stop these celebrations from taking place!
