Over two magical nights the World Super Stars of Ballet Gala will be held exclusively at Canberra Theatre on Tuesday 2 & Wednesday 3 October in a once in a lifetime event of flawless execution.

If you haven’t had the luxury of enjoying the ballet before, this event is unmissable showcasing excerpts from beloved ballets and pieces. Expect a highlight reel of classics such as Sleeping Beauty, The White Swan, Donkey Odett and much more.

An all-star cast of 10 professionals who have danced on iconic stages worldwide and have numerous awards under their tutu. A pas de deux – translated to ‘step of two’ – of partnering work snippets as well as variation solo work from each of principal dancers makes this gala a unique offering.

Arguably the best ballet performance ever produced in Canberra showcasing, the performers are world famous and internationally award-winning dancers who will share the stage with some of the best and most talented students in the ACT and NSW. From the first ever US born Bolshoi ballerina, Joy Womack, to Cuban superstar couple Taras Domitro and Adiarys Almeida, to US teen superstar, Avery Gay who has been seen on Little Big Shots US, So You Think You Can Dance US, and World of Dance.

The diversity of styles from dancers of various countries is a treat on the eyes. There is a never a dull moment, the stage if ruled by energetic performances supported by impressive ballet tricks that boast technical precision.

A true display athletic jumps and turns, the guests move with an ethereal weightlessness. The Ballerina’s possess beautiful artistry in the highest technique within classic ballet.
