Step into a whirlwind of colour, flavour, and culture as Midnight Hotel spices things up with a Mexican Fiesta takeover. For the entire month of May, the Hotel will host several activations including unveiling new artwork from a Mexican-born Australian artist, a tequila masterclass, and a Mexican-inspired menu.
In the spirit of Cinco de Mayo, Midnight Bar will extend its menu for the month with mouth-watering Mexican-inspired food and cocktail selection, along with the opportunity to sip on custom-crafted cocktails from a build-you-own margarita menu.
In addition, on Saturday 25 May the bar will host a masterclass that all seasoned tequila drinkers and novices will want to be apart of. For one night only, join them for a tequila masterclass event where guests will be guided through an exclusive tasting, learning what it takes to master your very own buzzy cocktail as you discover the secrets to tequila craftsmanship. Tickets also include a margarita on arrival and Mexican bites to share.
Giving a new look to their inaugural Meet the Maker Series, the next event will feature an artist. Collaborating with Mexican-born mixed-media artist, Aldous Plascencia, Midnight invites you to be part of the unveiling. Held on Saturday 4 May at 5pm, the evening will be guided by the artist himself, as he shares insights into the inspiration and creative process behind each piece that will feature in the hotel’s lobby for the month.
