Fares Bueller

The king of food trucks, Fares Bueller has an exciting modern twist on traditional Lebanese food. Since they opened, the truck has taken off with customers following them around to various locations. Open late, you’ll always find the team dishing up burgers, wraps and loaded fries to hungry patrons. On the menu options like a Lebanese version of KFC’s ‘twister’, a Lebanese fried chicken burger and loaded fries with Zaatar salt and Persian feta feature. Also a crowd favourite is their house made Knafeh – crispy layers with creamy sweet cheese filling topped with rose water syrup and pistachios. The pioneer of Canberra food trucks, Gungahlin’s The ‘G’ Spot has been serving up some of the best late-night salty foods since 2001. Located in the Gungahlin’s Lakes Club car park, open until 11pm, this one you won’t want to miss.
