Opening this Friday 2 June, classic European bistro, Louis welcomes you to experience an effortlessly sophisticated style of dining.

Taking over from Buvette in Barton’s Hotel Realm, Louis will showcase Willis’ famed cooking philosophy, boasting a timeless menu with Provencale flair. Having won more hats than any other local chef for his landmark restaurant Aubergine, Wills brings over 30 years of experience to the plate.

Elevated yet embracing, ambitious yet approachable, Louis promises a new dining experience to the Capital. And, while the official menu is yet to be revealed online, you can expect well-executed classic dishes with elegant simplicity and a sophisticated cocktail menu.

Now taking bookings, Louis will be open for snacks and drinks from 4:30pm and dinner from 6pm.
