A new body of work by Linzie Ellis

Linzie Ellis was born in Canberra in 1985. Linzie completed a Bachelor of Visual Arts majoring in Painting at the ANU School of Art in 2008. As part of her studies she spent three months in London, studying at the Slade School of Fine art.

Linzie has exhibited her work in several group exhibitions nationally and in December 2009 was announced the winner of the Prospect Portrait Prize in South Australia. Linzie was recently named a recipient of the Australian Council of the Arts, Artstart Grant.

Michelin star truffle season dinner @ Flint

Flint is presenting an indulgent truffle menu on Wednesdays in July – August (or until the season is finished). Over this time enjoy a 5 Course tasting menu, cooking signature dishes from Michelin star chefs from around the world using locally sourced Truffles.

Enjoy divine dishes like the Black Truffle Consommé, Sautéed King Scallops with Shaved Black truffle and Truffled Crème Brule.
