Soju’ is a Korean spirit and a ‘Soju Girl’ is a party girl, which is exactly what this restaurant encompasses. With a fusion of Korean, Japanese, Thai and Malaysian flavours and a hint of Australian, Soju Girl is the perfect compromise between the West and the East.

Walking into Soju Girl I was blown away by the size of the vicinity. Who knew that such a place, tucked into the depths and darkness of the Melbourne Building was going to be so large.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is stylish, yet not pretentious and the cocktail lounge has a cool air of sophistication to it.

Flint in the Vines has some exciting new events coming up over the next couple of months and they are all sure to be winners.

Flint in the Vines has recently purchased an amazing outdoor cinema. They are showing their first five films from Wednesday 25th January.

The screenings are at sundown with American Graffiti on Wednesday 25th, Lantana on Thursday 26th, Kings Speech on Friday 27th, Sideways on Saturday 28th of January and Red Dog on Friday 2nd March.

Canberra’s newest cocktail bar, La De Da is one of the most chic venues in Canberra.

Sip on delicious cocktails and drink in the water views at this mixology den, cocktail lounge and function area, located above Ha Ha Bar.

To celebrate the opening, La De Da’s resident mixologist, Russell P has created an original but nameless cocktail.

The cocktail consists of Capel Pisco, Marie Brizard Pêche du Verger, La De Da saffron syrup, mint, cloudy apple and lime, served in a vintage champagne saucer.

Students In Canberra Bar Crawl @ Civic

Students In Canberra (SIC) and OutInCanberra are teaming up to bring you the ‘Endless Summer Bar Crawl’.

SIC have previously run bar crawls and events, with last year’s bar crawl selling out in two days, with more than 650 people attending.

The Endless Summer Bar Crawl will start at Unipub at 7pm and then continue on to Mooseheads, Meche, ICBM and end at Academy Nightclub with one of their famous Foam parties.

There will be free nibblies along the way and awesome prizes for best dressed.
