Bringing together a breakfast menu that joins delicious Italian flavours with Modern Australian cuisine, Vanilla Pod has all your Aussie breakfast staples with a slight twist.
Known for its Italian style pizzas made from homemade dough and freshly made pastas, we can see why those menu items tend to steal the show. However, you shouldn’t look past them for breakfast options too. There are hot breakfast and coffee deals up for grabs every day for $10 or $20, and runs until 3pm. A house favourite is their avocado and fetta smash breakfast with a coffee for only $20. The dish tastes just as good as it looks with a beautiful array of fetta crumbled throughout the plate, with two perfectly poached eggs on a bed of creamy avocado on sourdough. And of course, you can’t look past ‘Roma style’ when it comes to the perfect coffee and lucky for you Vanilla Pod uses a beautiful Italian blend.
If the morning calls for something stronger their cocktail menu is also available all day.
Vanilla Pod is open 7 days a week from 7am-9pm.
